I dont want to lose any length. I want a style that doesnt make my hair look poofy...for lack of better words. Its completely all the same length and I wondered if there was some trendy hairstyle I could have without it looking huge.

I have super thick hair too. Have a hairdresser razor thin your hair. (NOT scissor!) It will have more bounce, be lighter on your head, and hold curl (iron) better than ever without loosing any length! Good Luck!

After Ironing out your hair, try taking half (from the top of your ears up) and parting that section in the middle. Then knot the two sections together. Knot it again , knot ontop of knot. Use a couple of bobby pins to secure the style up. The effect should be half up half down looking sort of loopy braided with little spritzy pieces to each side.

I have long hair myself! What I did to my hair to look different every now and then is crimping it and curling it. It gives me more bounce to my hair since it is completely straight flat. I also use root booster to boost up my roots to make hair look more puffier. In addition, I layered it using a razor blade. It really make your hair feel less heavier and pretty.
