Cowlicks are either in the front hairline or the back hairline. If someone has one in the front hairline, leave that section of hair a bit longer (wear bangs/full or half) or else it'll stick up %26amp; not be manageable. If the cowlick is in the hairline in back, leave the hair long. If a person has a "double crown" (hair grows in a circle on top of the head,leave the hair longer in that area or it'll stick up %26amp; can hurt if cut too short. Many hairstylist cut the cowlicks %26amp; double crowns way too short %26amp; they should know better. As for the best hairstyle with the "cowlicks" I'd suggest a one length cut (bob) or long layers all over, with bangs that are longer in the hairline. A layered cut would look nice too with full/longer bangs.
