I wrote this down for another girl...

1) Leave a strand out of a ponytail

2) Pull your hair into a half ponytail, then a ponytail with the remaining hair

3) Use clips to secure rows of hair ontop of your head (sort of SORT OF look like cornrows); stop where the top of your head stops, then pull the rest of your hair into a ponytail

4) Brush your hair into a side part, then clip up the side with more hair; pull the rest of your hair into a ponytail

5) Pull your hair into a high ponytail

6) Wear a side ponytail

7) Divide your hair into 4 sections; tie them, combine two sections, then do it again

8) Pull your hair into a ponytail, then create a "hole" right above your elastic. Pull your ponytail through that "hole" so that the result is twisted

9) Just half ponytail

10) Single long braid

Leave it down, girl! It's beautiful, so why hide it with a hairstyle?

I knew a native american gal who had hair like this. She used to use a big, fat, nice looking barette at the back of her head to start with, to keep it anchored down because she said it was quite heavy and unruly otherwise. Then she would either make one big braid or ponytail,or some sort of combination of that and leaving just a small part of it down. I am so jealous! I wish I had hair like that! Don't let any clown talk you into cutting it off!

a pony tail in the middle of the back of your head. make sure your hair always looks clean because your hair being black grease shows up more. and if its long it will also show up more.

if you are talking about a hair cut i would go with just past shoulder length layers. and donate the hair you cut of to locks of love.

Sounds great to have all that lovely hair. Them? Does that mean you braid your hair in 20 tails? Kind of gives you a "gypsy" look. I would suggest first brushing it forward. Then while it's forward apply a little gel, not that much. After that, move it back slowly and, using your hands, tease it up and out. That way you won't need as many locks, and you will look like a Sicilian woman to die for!

well.....a cute little clip or a ponytail is a very nice casual look for someone with long hair. and a clip usualy looks best when u can see it so a clip always works with black hair.
